The virtual congress platform

The 38th Annual meeting of NSCMID will be organized as a hybrid congress and live streamed from Aalborg, Denmark!

The virtual implementation of NSCMID 2022 takes place on the versatile virtual ‘AV-center live’ platform provided AV-center Aalborg. The platform works both on desktop and mobile. The latest version of Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser is recommended.

Online participants can follow the scientific programme as a live stream from the platform in the main stage in Europahallen at Aalborg Kongres & Kultur Center. The platform also offers networking possibilities: you can chat with other attendees in platform chat or ask questions from the presenters during the congress.

All the scientific programme will be live streamed and recorded. All materials and the lecture recordings will remain available on www.nscmid2022.dk until 30 September 2022, for the congress participants.

Accessing the platform: All registered participants will receive a personal login link to access the platform before the congress. The email will be sent from “NCSMID 2022 Congress – Stream” and the subject will be “NCSMID 2022 Congress”.

Please do not delete the e-mail with the login link as you will need it to access the stream.

General technical instructions for participants:

• Functional Internet connection is essential in virtual events.
• We recommend that you close all other applications on your computer to make sure the full capacity of your internet connection is available.
• Sound: Headphones are the best way to participate in virtual events
